Sometimes you just need some crispy, greasy, salty, hot fries to satisfy a craving. But they don't have to be soaked in trans-fat and super high in calories.
You can make your own fries, that are just as yummy, but are way better for you.
I made fries for one, using one small sweet potato, but you can add more as needed!
INGREDIENTS
1 Small sweet Potato
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning of choice ( Cinnamon, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper etc. I used pumpkin pie spice)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425
Wash the potato(s)
Peel (optional)
Cut into fries
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and seasoning
Spread evenly on cooking sheet
Bake for 12-20 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the fries)
Enjoy!
You can enjoy this tasty treat with any meal and at any time of the day!
I ate them with breakfast.

But these bad boys can go with any meal at any time of the day!
Feel free to enjoy them on the side of a sandwich or burger at lunch.
They would be a great addition to some chicken and broccoli for a healthy dinner. Or just have them by themselves for an afternoon snack!
The possibilities are endless!!!
